    I think this is Polystichum proliferum

    I think it is too bulbiferous to be P. proliferum
    I reckon it could be P. x dyceii

    It could be although the dark green upright fronds look like P. proliferum to me. Also the dark scales around the base of the bulbils look typical too. However I am not sure and happy to accept it as P. x dycei in the absence of further details. A picture of a frond laid out flat would help.
