The Big Show
Yes, in June 2018 we are holding our very own plant party and if you like your flowers as much as we do you should really come! A great line up of talks, some helpful workshops and some amazing food. What could be better? And @Pelliecake will be the nominated birthday cake for the nursery so if you haven’t tried it yet, this will be your chance..

Yes, in June 2018 we are holding our very own plant party. A Flower Show here at the nursery. Although this will have a different feel to your regular large flower show. Primarily this is all about Fibrex and the plants we love. We will be spending the weekend sharing our combined knowledge with you, bringing in friends and experts from across the field to help celebrate our 60 years in business.
Over the course of the weekend we will be joined by PAGS, the Pelargonium & Geranium Society, the Pteridological (Fern) Society & David Staines of the Begonia Society with some of the best growers in the world being on hand to give advice and tips on growing the best Pelargoniums & Ferns & Begonias that you possible can! On Sunday Afternoon you will have the chance to visit the PAGS Annual, National Pelargonium Show & Competition and see exactly what a perfect Pelargonium looks like.
All of the Fibrex Plant Collections will be open to view free of charge. This includes the National Pelargonium Collection, the largest of its kind in the world. The Fibrex Fern Collection, one of the most comprehensive collections of ferns in the UK. The National Collection of Hedera, the largest of its kind in the world including our beautiful show Ivies. Our collection of conservatory plants & tropical Hibiscus. The Bottlebrushes and even our large flowered, named tuberous Begonias may have started to put on a show for you. That’s always a sight to behold!
We are also delighted to say that we will be joined by Rob & Helen, Chelsea Gold Medalists from Pheasant Acre Plants, who will be adding their fabulous Dahlias & collection of bulbs to our already extensive selection of plants for you to buy.
