The meeting will be based in Mountsorrel, a small town on the old A6 road between Leicester and Loughborough, and on the Soar Navigation (river and canal (River Trent to Leicester)). Nearby is the Great Central Railway heritage line. Mainline trains run frequently to Loughborough (better than Leicester) (two per hour, although not evenly spaced).
